After taking out the chairman of the Tajima-kai—a subgroup of Kansai's largest syndicate, the Yamagami-gumi—to settle a turf dispute, Ryu Yamanaka (Koji Matoba) returns to the Miura family after a long prison sentence. But everything has changed. The weakened Miura clan, with their leader Miura (Eiichiro Funakoshi) bedridden from illness, has had their territory encroached upon by the now-allied Tajima-kai. As rumors of succession stir with Ryu's return, Tajima and Yamagami's underhanded schemes begin to surface. Holding to the old ways, Ryu quietly waits, believing "everything will be decided by the boss." But when the hidden forces behind the past conflict are exposed, the one-eyed yakuza rises once more!
