Mud

Two teenage boys, Ellis and his friend Neckbone, discover a fugitive named Mud hiding out on an island in the Mississippi River. Mud claims he is on the run after killing a man who wronged the woman he loves, Juniper. The boys agree to help Mud reunite with Juniper, getting entangled in his complicated and dangerous past.
