Returning to the gym after being out of commission due to his father's death, Recardo "Flex" Reverte, a glory hungry bodybuilder, decides to pick up his training again to attain his ultimate physique with a close friend of his father's, Beef Cake, a hulking mass of muscle. Flex soon finds out that Beef Cake follows his father's training regime to a tee, using brutal abuse to push him to his absolute limits.
