Summer of the Monkeys

In rural 1959 Oklahoma, young Jay dreams of a better life, especially after his grandfather receives a large sum of money. When a bizarre circus train crash releases a troop of performing monkeys into the surrounding countryside, Jay sees an opportunity. He enlists his sister and friends to help him capture the intelligent primates, believing they can be trained to perform and win him a prestigious award, thus solving all his family's problems.
