A detective micro-story, which is a study of a young policeman who, despite being overlooked by his colleagues, embarks on a new similar case of an abused girl, and thus uncovers a case that was originally closed... The young director Igor Savičevič is a recent graduate of the FAMO in Písek. The script for his film Behind the Cross was created in close pedagogical cooperation with the school and the dramaturgy of the Czech Television - but also essential was the cooperation and consultation with the Czech police, who drew the author's attention to the important way of constructing interrogations of the accused and the methods of conducting the interrogation - from a simple detective story of a kidnapping it became an interesting picture of the investigation process.
