Winter's Tale

In a mythic, New York City of 1916, Peter Lake, a master thief, attempts to rob wealthy Isaac Job and finds himself interrupted by Isaac's infant daughter. In a moment of panic, Peter flees with the child, but instead of harming her, he finds himself inexplicably drawn to her. He eventually returns her to her parents, but not before a mystical bond forms between them. Years later, Peter, now an old man, is a renowned author, and his love for the young woman he saved continues to drive him to find her in the present day.
