Picking up immediately after the events of the first film, a group of survivors find themselves trapped in a bar surrounded by flesh-eating monsters. As they fight for their lives, they discover that the creatures are not only intelligent but also possess a wider variety of forms and abilities than previously encountered. The group must band together and find a way to escape the escalating onslaught before they become the next meal.
