In a future where climate change has submerged much of Miami, Nick Bannister is a private investigator who helps clients relive any past memory they desire using a technology called 'Reminiscence'. When a mysterious client named Mae disappears, Nick becomes obsessed with finding her, delving into his own past and the dangerous underbelly of society as he searches for the truth.
