Shay Grillo is a woman trapped in an abusive marriage to her CIA agent husband, who has placed a "peace-bonding" electronic collar on her. This device restricts her movement to within 100 feet of her home, effectively making her a prisoner. When her husband is called away on assignment, Shay sees an opportunity for escape.
