Cronos

An antique dealer named Jesús Gris discovers a mysterious mechanical device, the Cronos, that grants immortality to whoever uses it. However, the device has a parasitic nature, consuming the user's blood and driving them to an insatiable hunger. Jesús finds himself in a race against time as his health deteriorates and a shady collector, Dieter, relentlessly pursues him to obtain the Cronos for himself.
