A young expectant couple, Rob and Vanessa, move into a rundown fixer-upper in New Orleans with plans to renovate it. Their dreams quickly turn into a nightmare as the house is revealed to be haunted by a demonic entity that possesses Vanessa and forces her to carry the Antichrist. With the help of Vatican exorcists and a psychic investigator, they must find a way to stop the birth of Satan's son.
