Devil and the Ghostbuster

A recently deceased couple, Barbara and Adam Maitland, find themselves haunting their former home, unable to leave the Netherworld. When a boisterous family of New Yorkers moves in, the Maitlands are desperate to scare them away. They enlist the help of Beetlejuice, a crude and mischievous ghost who offers to rid the house of the living for a price, but his methods prove more chaotic than they anticipated.
