Story Line
After Lenin’s death, he becomes a “living statue,” preserved to appear unchanged while continuously reconstructed into an image that outlives him. As images multiply and decay, a paradox of preservation and representation emerges: the more Lenin’s figure is reproduced, the further it drifts from the life it once referenced.
