In 1980s Brooklyn, ambitious police captain Joe Grusinsky's son Bobby, who works for his uncle Amado, finds himself caught between the law and the Russian mob. When a drug bust orchestrated by Amado goes wrong, Bobby is forced to choose a side. As tensions escalate, he must navigate loyalty and survival in a dangerous world.
