Original Sin

In late 19th-century Cuba, a wealthy coffee merchant, Luis Antonio Vargas, arranges to import a mail-order bride, Julia Russell. When she arrives, she is far more beautiful and alluring than her photograph, and Luis is immediately captivated. However, Julia is not who she claims to be, and her presence sets in motion a dangerous game of deceit, passion, and betrayal.
