Revenge

A former CIA operative is left for dead in Mexico after betraying his friend, a powerful crime boss. Washed ashore and presumed dead, he recovers and sets out for vengeance against those who wronged him, particularly the crime boss's wife, with whom he had an affair. His quest for retribution becomes entangled with the dangerous underworld and the consequences of his actions.
