Deep Blue

A team of scientists, led by the ambitious Dr. Susan McAlester, gather at an underwater research facility. Their goal is to find a cure for Alzheimer's disease by studying the heightened intelligence and memory retention of sharks. However, their experiments with genetically modified sharks go horribly wrong, turning the creatures into hyper-intelligent predators that trap the humans underwater and begin a deadly hunt for survival.
