Basement

A lonely young boy named Suguro lives in a basement apartment with his mother. He spends his days drawing fantastical creatures and his nights listening to the strange noises emanating from the apartment above. His only escape is his imagination, until one day a mysterious girl appears in his life, blurring the lines between his drawings and reality. As Suguro becomes more entangled with the girl, he begins to uncover the secrets hidden within the walls of his home and the nature of his own existence.
