Contracted: Phase II

Picking up immediately after the events of the first film, "Contracted: Phase II" follows the increasingly deteriorating Samantha as she tries to find a cure for the virus that is consuming her. Her desperate search leads her to a mysterious stranger who may hold the key to her survival, but at a terrible cost. As the infection progresses, Samantha becomes more dangerous, her actions increasingly driven by primal urges and a relentless need to spread the disease.

Contracted: Phase II received generally negative reviews from critics, with many finding it a less engaging and less original follow-up to its predecessor. While some acknowledged its visceral horror elements and decent gore, most felt the plot was thin and the characters underdeveloped.
