A group of scientists must race against time to find a way to prevent the Earth's climate from entering another ice age. As global temperatures plummet and catastrophic weather events become the norm, they discover that a massive solar flare is on a collision course with the planet. The only hope for survival lies in a plan to create a new ice age and allow humanity to survive underground.
