Invest Chief Inspector William Luk is framed for a bribery offense and is suspended from duty. He must find a way to clear his name before the case is handed over to a new investigator. Meanwhile, the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) is investigating a series of unusual bank transfers, which seem connected to a money laundering syndicate.
