A young man named Kanan is persuaded by his friends to marry a tree to ward off bad luck. He soon discovers that the tree is inhabited by the spirit of a beautiful, but grumpy, ghost named Shashi. Shashi then proceeds to recount her unfinished love story from the past, which Kanan must help her resolve to find peace.
