Plot Summary

When the Cheyenne Indians begin raiding settlements around Fort Savage, the U.S. Army suspects a renegade named 'Black Eagle' is behind the attacks. Durig, a Ranger, discovers that a gang of outlaws is actually manipulating the Indians into attacking the settlements. Durig must then race against time to expose the outlaws and prevent a full-scale war between the Army and the Cheyenne.
