Sir Lionel Frost, a brave investigator of myths and monsters, considers himself the world's foremost expert on legends. He embarks on an adventure to the Pacific Northwest to find the fabled Bigfoot, a creature many people believe to be a myth. After locating the creature, whom he names 'Susan', Lionel discovers that this gentle giant is the last of his kind and is desperate to reunite with his distant relatives in the Himalayas. Thus begins a journey across the globe to find the mythical valley of Shangri-La.
