Thakur Surajbhan Singh Kanwar forces Thakur Shamsher Singh Rana sister to commit suicide thus the two business-men became enemies. Years later Surajbhan's son, Raja and Rana's daughter, Madhu meets and gets acquainted with each other which forces Surajbhan and Rana to join hands on condition that Raja will only get marry to Madhu. But on the engagement day Raja announces that he is in love with a poor woman, Palavi which forces Madhu to attempt suicide thus throwing both the families back to square one - this time such an enmity that will lead to blood-shed.
