A small fight between teenagers and a five hundred euro gift is a shambles. Hakeem's stepfather is furious. He demands that the boys get a new present for his mother. Hakeem sets off with his three Afro-German friends, the "streetagers", as the youngsters in the neighborhood call themselves. On their odyssey through various districts of Hamburg, they develop a high degree of creativity in order to obtain money legally and illegally. What they don't know is that they are being followed!
