In this installment, the ragtag group of mismatched heroes must once again band together to stop a new, bizarre threat. A rogue government agency has unleashed a series of genetically modified, strap-on wearing monsters, and only the "Strap Attack" team has the questionable skills to defeat them. Expect explosive action, outlandish humor, and plenty of gratuitous violence.

Strap Attack 4 was met with a largely negative reception from critics, who found the plot nonsensical and the humor juvenile. Audiences, however, were divided, with some appreciating the film's sheer audacity and over-the-top B-movie charm, while others were put off by its gratuitous gore and lack of coherent storytelling.
