Two scientists, Alex Hesse and Larry Arbogast, are struggling to find a way to improve their conception research. After their funding is cut, they decide to become the first men to successfully carry a child. Alex volunteers to be the surrogate mother, undergoing experimental procedures to prepare his body for pregnancy.
