In a violent, futuristic metropolis where the police act as judge, jury and executioner, a law enforcement officer known as a "Judge" is tasked with a grim new mission. Paired with a rookie Judge, he must bring down a brutal drug-dealing gang operating in the city's notorious Mega-Block.
