Sanjay (Govinda), an honest police officer, is determined to bust the crime world which has taken over the city. Criminals have made a mockery of justice. Sanjay feels fed up and goes after Jagannath himself. He quits the police department and becomes a vigilante, losing his girlfriend in the process.
