Sucker Play

In 1960s Oregon, a young woman institutionalized by her stepfather escapes into a parallel reality where she must gather five items to free herself from a mental institution. To achieve this, she enlists the help of four other women, leading them on an epic battle against zombies, dragons, and other fantastical foes in increasingly elaborate dream worlds. The women's fight for freedom becomes a metaphor for their struggle to survive their harsh reality.
