In the seemingly idyllic town of Oakhaven, a series of brutal and ritualistic murders begins to terrorize the community. The victims are all discovered with their throats horrifically mutilated, leading the local authorities to believe they are dealing with a deranged killer known only as 'The Throat Gagger'. As the body count rises, a group of high school students finds themselves at the center of the mayhem, desperately trying to uncover the killer's identity before they become the next victims.
