Family Plot

A small-time crook and adopted heir to a ransom, Fran, is hired by a wealthy old woman to find her kidnapped nephew. As Fran searches, she enlists the help of her actor boyfriend, George, who is also a supposed medium. The pair find themselves entangled in a dangerous game of cat and mouse involving a mysterious murderer, a stolen diamond, and an unsuspecting victim.
