The film tells the story of a gangster who has been involved in crime since the age of five and whose life changes through love. Ömer has been in and out of prison since he was a child for crimes such as robbery, theft, extortion, assault, and murder. Known to everyone as Kasımpaşalı İt Ömer, this gangster falls in love with Naciye. Upon his release from prison, he learns that Naciye is being forced to marry someone else. Naciye's family wants to marry her off to Rıza, a wealthy casino owner. Ömer kidnaps Naciye from the wedding altar. Ömer and Naciye hide in Şile for a while and consider fleeing to Adana. They want to build a new life for themselves in Adana. However, their plans for the future will come to an end when Rıza also arrives in Şile.
