Gamera the Brave

A young boy finds a mysterious small turtle, which he names Tsuru. Unbeknownst to him, Tsuru is actually the legendary kaiju Gamera. When a new alien threat, the Jyashin, appears, Tsuru transforms into the giant Gamera to protect humanity. The boy, Toru, must then help Gamera in its battle against the monsters, facing the harsh reality that Gamera's life force is tied to his own.
