A night of violence in the Medina (old city) of Tunis. A young prostitute is raped by a gang of misfits. To get revenge, she will have Stoufa, the only one who had defended her, almost massacred. In a world of wolves, the gentlest are the ones who pay and, like the victim of a sacrifice, the young man ends up by taking on the guilt of all the others. However, after leaving hospital, Stoufa kidnaps the girl to avenge the injustice he has suffered. But she will hurt him once again.
