Gaspard, un jeune snowboarder talentueux mais peu ambitieux, vit et travaille à l'Alpe d'Huez, dans le magasin de surf de Beshop, un ancien entraîneur professionnel qui l'héberge et l'entraîne en échange de quelques travaux.
