Paul Kersey returns to New York City to visit his former lover, Olivia, who is now a successful businesswoman. However, Olivia is being targeted by a ruthless crime family, and when she is brutally murdered, Kersey vows to bring her killers to justice. He dons his vigilante persona once more, systematically dismantling the gang responsible for her death.
