Arusha Ntarama lost everything in a massacre in Nyankunde, Congo. Her husband and two daughters died. Statehouse Commander Robert Makeni is to atone for Arusha's loss. She sets off for Berlin, where Makeni is received by the mayor in a hotel under a different name. Arusha wants to expose Makeni and take revenge. The junior manager of the hotel, Marco Held, becomes involved in the revenge plans and gets caught in the middle.
