A pair of storm chasers, Jo Harding and Bill Harding, are on the verge of a scientific breakthrough in understanding tornadoes. Despite their strained relationship and the interference of a rival team, they are determined to deploy their experimental device directly into the heart of a massive F5 tornado. Their dangerous pursuit puts their lives and the lives of their team at risk as they race against time and the raw power of nature.
