Plot Summary

A wealthy, but lonely, real estate tycoon, Liu Xuan, buys a dilapidated marine reserve. Unbeknownst to him, the reserve is home to a group of mermaids who are being poisoned by his company's toxic waste. One of the mermaids, Shan, is sent to assassinate him, but she ends up falling in love with him.
