Hellboy: The Seeds of Creation

In the final days of World War II, the Nazis, under the guidance of Grigori Rasputin, attempt to open a portal to a dimension of demonic creatures to use them as weapons. An Allied forces unit storms the ceremony and destroys the portal, but not before Rasputin is killed and a strange demonic infant, Hellboy, is brought to Earth. Raised by Professor Trevor Bruttenholm, Hellboy grows up to become a fearsome but kind-hearted demon who works for the clandestine Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense (BPRD). When Rasputin returns from the dead, Hellboy must confront his own destiny and battle ancient evil to protect the world.
