A hardened DEA task force, led by elite agent John "Breacher" Wharton, targets the world's deadliest drug cartels. When the team successfully executes a dangerous raid on a cartel safe house, they believe their mission is accomplished. However, shortly after, the members of the team begin to be eliminated one by one.
