In Belgium, the son of a infamous serial killer, known as the "Butcher of Mons", is discovered to have died in prison. His disturbed sister, who works in a slaughterhouse, becomes obsessed with his legacy and begins to emulate his horrific crimes. As she descends further into madness, her actions draw the attention of a detective investigating a series of gruesome murders.
