Vijay Kumar, a superstar Bollywood actor, needs a new driver's license to purchase a driving school and acquire a new property. However, he encounters Rakesh, a passionate yet struggling driver and a huge fan of Vijay, who is also a clerk at the Regional Transport Office. Due to a misunderstanding and a series of comical events, Rakesh accidentally gets into a feud with Vijay, turning his biggest fan into his arch-nemesis. This leads to a chaotic and humorous battle of egos and identities.
