Biography
Nazar Norzi (real name: Nazar Andriiashchenko) was born on October 31, 2010, in Kyiv, Ukraine. His journey into cinema began at the age of 11, when he first discovered a strong passion for filmmaking, storytelling, and visual creativity. On December 20, 2020, he founded NORZI, a creative brand that initially focused on simple games and apps, but soon began evolving into something much bigger. In the spring of 2021, he directed his first film, TAXI 6 (fan film), which became the starting point of his cinematic path. After that, he rebranded the project into NORZI FILMS, shaping it into a studio dedicated to film production, atmosphere, and storytelling. Over the years, Nazar created a wide range of short films, with a strong emphasis on horror, mystery, and supernatural themes. Among his works are Just a Joke, Doors: Legacy, Social, Walk the Night, Buried Memories, Paranormal: Dead Prince, The Project: Hand of Hope, and many others. Each project helped him grow as a filmmaker, refine his style, and build a recognizable creative identity. His key achievements include advancing Social to the finals of Children Kinofest in 2025, qualifying Buried Memories for Infomatrix Ukraine in 2025, and winning gold at Infomatrix Ukraine 2026 with The Project: Hand of Hope, which later advanced to the international stage. This film became a major milestone for NORZI FILMS, breaking the studio’s record with more than 1,000 views and receiving strong feedback both online and offline.
