In the post-apocalyptic nation of Freedonia, Colonel Guile leads a multinational military force against the tyrannical rule of General M. Bison. Bison holds a group of aid workers hostage, forcing Guile to team up with a group of mercenaries led by Ryu and Ken to rescue them and stop Bison's global domination plans. The team must infiltrate Bison's heavily fortified base and overcome his powerful Shadaloo army.
