Critical Reception

Dragon Ball GT is a polarizing entry in the Dragon Ball franchise. While it has a dedicated fanbase and is appreciated for its unique, adventurous spirit and the return of Goku as the main protagonist, it is often criticized by fans and critics for its inconsistent writing, departure from Akira Toriyama's direct involvement, and for introducing elements that some felt did not align with the established lore. Despite this, it is remembered for its iconic transformations and intense battles.
