Since Hee-Kyung’s (Jeon Mi-Sun) husband died, she has raised her son and daughter by herself. She runs a small restaurant. but a construction company wants the residents including Hee-Kyung, Young-Ran (Kim Hyun-Sook) and Seul-Ki (Lee Soo-Kyung) out of there. Hee-Kyung and other residents meet with Lawmaker Na Chung-Ryeom (Son Jong-Hak) and ask him for help. Lawmaker Na Chung-Ryeom comforts them and promises to meet with the construction company CEO. At night, hired gangsters come and destroy the area. Later, Hee-Kyung, Young-Ran and Seul-Ki learn that Lawmaker Na Chung-Ryeom’s schemed to kick the residents out of the area. Hee-Kyung, Young-Ran and Seul-Ki decide to kidnap the lawmaker.
