In a future where vampires coexist with humans, the "Black Blood Brothers" are a group of vampires who have broken the sacred law by becoming immortal and are now branded as outcasts. Jiro Mochizuki, one of the most powerful vampires, returns to the human world after 19 years of solitude. He aims to protect his younger sister, Kotone, and fulfill a promise to his late wife, but he finds himself drawn into a conflict with an organization known as the "Special Virus Countermeasures Bureau," which seeks to control or eliminate vampires. Jiro must confront his past and fight against those who threaten the fragile peace between humans and vampires.
